July 27th we will be having a Makers Market on the common from 2 to 6 PM. Anyone wishing to participate please call Sammi at 543-3102. Spaces are for any crafts, homemade foods, vegetables, ect.
The tax rate for 2023 has been set. For clarity as to where increases are, last year’s tax rate is included in this post. There is a total increase of 97 cents. However, the selectmen and town office personnel worked hard to actually manage to lower the Municiple rate as much as is possible in this time of massive inflation. We are informed by the DRA that most towns are seeing increases of 4 and 5 dollars overall.
Meetings scheduled can be found on the calendar and are usually held in the town offices. Occasionally, they are moved to the Town Hall, when that occurs, a notice will be posted on both building doors re-directing everyone.
